Price per session or for the whole Program. Accept card, Link or bank payments, and decide who covers processing and Kinetiq fees.
Discount codes
Create a $-off code for any paid offering, or a “book N of the dates” code for Programs. Set an expiry or a use limit, and revoke it any time.
Group rules that protect your time
Short of your minimum? You're warned ahead of time. It cancels automatically 12 hours before start, and families are told — or choose Run anyway.
A profile parents can book from
Every session and Program on one public page, with live spots left. Parents find you by sport, age, day, distance and price — and can follow you to get an email when you add sessions.
Reminders and a daily digest
Choose when families are reminded — 7 days, 2 days, 1 day, 3 hours or 1 hour before. You get a “Tomorrow's Training” email each evening.
Scheduling that fills itself in
Set your weekly availability and Kinetiq opens 1:1 times for you. Block days off, and travel time between Venues and your own Team activities is respected.
Cancellations & reschedules
Plans change. Your bookings don't fall apart.
Rain, a double-booked gym, a sick kid. Kinetiq gives you real tools for changes instead of cancelling and starting over.
- Move, don't cancelReschedule a booked session in under a minute. Everyone keeps their spot and nobody pays twice.
- One clear emailFamilies get the old and new time in the Venue's time zone. Calendar files and reminders update too.
- A fair way outAnyone who can't make the new time can cancel, even inside your window — full refund by default, or your rule.
- Your cancellation windowSet how late families can cancel. Kinetiq enforces it, and refunds follow the rules you choose.
- Openings get refilledWhen someone cancels, the spot is offered to the next person on the waitlist automatically.
- Programs and recurring datesReplace a cancelled Program date or refund it. Remove one recurring date and anything paid is refunded.

Can I offer all three formats?
Yes. 1:1s, small groups and Programs share one profile and schedule.
What if a group doesn't reach the minimum?
You're warned ahead of time. If it's still short 12 hours before start, it cancels and families are told — unless you choose Run anyway. Recurring Groups check the minimum at each date's cutoff, and nobody is charged for a cancelled date.
How do refunds work?
You set your cancellation window and refund rules. If you cancel or move a session, families get a full refund by default.
How do athletes hear about changes?
When you reschedule, everyone booked is emailed the new time.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your Kinetiq profile is a shareable page parents and athletes can book from.
